Dr. L. Joyprakash Singh received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from the North-Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Arunachal Pradesh and his M.Tech. degree in Electronics Design and Technology from the Tezpur University, Assam. After holding the position of Lecturer at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), Sikkim as Lecturer since 2001 and completed Ph.D. (Engineering) from Jadavpur University in 2006, he joined the faculty of Engineering in the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong as a Reader in 2006. He is now Associate Professor of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The Company Profile :

  1. The North Eastern Hill University : A central govt university established in July, 1973. The school of technology has been opened up from the year 2006. The university has other regular masters and doctoral programs as well. 
  2. Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology : This is an engineering college in Sikkim being established as a joint venture of Sikkim Govt and Manipal Group. It is started from the year 1997 and first batch passed out in 2001.The College is running B.Tech courses in ECE, E&E, Mechanical, CSE, & IT Engg disciplines. Also M.Tech programmes in Power Electronics, Digital Electronics& Advanced Comm. and IT are started. It is also running MSc courses in Chemistry, Physics and Math.

Dr. Subhash C. Arya is currently Associate Professor at Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, School of Technology, NEHU, Shillong.  Before joining NEHU, he was Assistant Professor from January 2007 to February 2010 at E & I Department, Indian School of Mine Dhanbad.  He worked as a Research Scholar on Modelling and Design of EDFA for WDM and DWDM Optical Fiber Communication System during 2004-2008 in E & I Dept, ISM Dhanbad.   Dr. Arya has also worked in Aditya Institute of Technology, Delhi as a lecturer from September 2003 to March 2004. He received PhD (Electronics Engg), B.Tech and Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering from ISM Dhanbad, G.G.S. Indraprastha University, Delhi and BTE Delhi, in the year 2009, 2003 and 2000, respectively.  He has sixteen publications in International Journals, national journal and International / National Conferences.

Miss Fidalizia Pyrtuh is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication at North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya from Feb 2010. She received the Bachelors degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from SJCE, VTU, Mysore, Karnataka, India and the Masters degree in Robotics from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad in 2005 and 2009, respectively. She had done her M.Tech. Thesis “Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM)” at ISRO, Trivandrum, Kerala for a duration fo 6 months. I was born in West Bengal, on 6th June, 1980. I received B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kalyani University in 2002. Then I have done M.E in Control Systems Engineering from Jadavpur University in the year of 2005 .After doing M.E, I worked as a Lecturer in the Durgapur Institute of Advannced Technology and Management, West Bengal from August 2005 to July 2006. During August 2006 to February 2010, I served as a Senior Lecturer in the Academy of Technology, West Bengal. Finally, I joined North Eastern Hill University, Shillong on 15th February 2010 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
