The NEHU Library provides lending, renewal and reservation services to all registered library members.

The borrowing entitlements for different categories of library members are as follows:

Ph.D./M.Phil. Student	6	15 days
Post-Graduate Student	4	7 days

Library members must renew the loan for each book borrowed before the due date. Renewals will normally be allowed provided no other library member has reserved the same book.

A library member who needs to borrow a book which is currently issued out to another library member can fill in and submit the Request Form for Reservation of the book to the Assistant Librarian (Circulation) or the In-charge, Course Books Unit.
